At Seun & Amana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
